Delivery Time & Processing

✅ Delivery within 2 to 4 business days across the UAE.
✅ Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after placement.
✅ You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

🚚 Flat shipping fee: 25 AED for all orders within the UAE.
🚚 Free shipping on orders above 300 AED.

Delays & Public Holidays

⚠️ If your order is affected by a public holiday, delivery will be made on the next business day.
⚠️ You will be informed of any delays via email.

Failed Delivery Attempts

❌ If delivery fails due to:

• Customer being unavailable
• Incorrect delivery address
  🔹 The order will be returned to our facility and the customer will be charged for re-delivery costs.

Returns & Refunds Due to Delivery Issues

✅ Refunds or returns will only be processed if the product is unused and in its original condition.
❌ If the return is due to customer error (e.g., incorrect address, failure to collect the order), the customer will bear the shipping costs.

Delivery Restrictions

📍 We deliver to most locations across the UAE.
📍 Some remote areas may have restrictions—if your address is affected, we will notify you and discuss possible alternatives.
